Santa Clarita’da henüz açılışı resmileşmeyen Central Park’da çalışmalar devam ediyor. Doğa güzelliğinden nasibini almamış bu kurak çorak topraklarda temiz ve modern spor ortamları yaratılıyor. Çeşitli sporları yapan gençler, çocuğunu köpeğini gezdirenler, sadece güneşlenenler, bisiklete binenlerle park güzel bir aktivite odağı olmuş.

Parkın arkasındaki tepelik bölgedeki toprak patikada 5 km’lik turu yapmak için evden yürüyerek geldim ve sonra gene yürüyerek eve döndüm. Park evimize 6 km uzaklıkta olduğundan toplam 17 km mesafeli hallice bir B yürüyüşü yaptığımı kabul ediyorum.

THE TOUR OF SANTA CLARITA CENTRAL PARK – Feb.23, 2014

Work continues at Central Park in Santa Clarita, which has not yet been officially opened. Clean and modern sports facilities have being established in this poor desert land without natural beauties. The park had become a nice activity center for young people doing various sports, people walking around with children or dogs, people who only get sunlight, cyclists.

I walked from home to do the 5 km tour on the dirt road in the rough terrain behind the park and then walked back home again. Since the park is 6 km from home, I assume it is a good Group B Walk with a total length of 17 km.
